Default Website help - Converting leads to sales

Hi all , i've been really enjoying the help and discussion in the forum. Now i need some help from you all.

I'm a small town real estate agent in ohio ( 52k population )

As far as i know , i'm one of the few that use SEO and PPC advertising on the major websites (yahoo , google ,ect) in my area. Becuase of this I do get a good ammount of website visits.

Now what i need is simple - Help in converting my website leads to sales , clients , or atleast good followup.

My website is realestatecircleville.com , or alternatively circlevillerealtor.com ( i know i'll eventually have to nix this domain )

Anyways , i have a particular part - The local IDX login at circlevillerealtor.com/gotomls.html , I ask for phone numbers , and some general information , i get a TON of people to go through this , but no one checks the 'call me' option. How can I can convert these names and phone numbers to sales? I don't want to be a 'pushy' agent and just call em , but i came home tonight with 6 phone numbers off the website of individuals that want houses , and i need some sales.

    Please help!

I haven't visited your site, but based on what you've said here why not remove the "call me" box? On my site, I just assume they will fill in the phone number.

You can then call them once you've set up an automatic MLS search, as a "customer service" follow up to make sure they received the info.

I believe the key to removing sales resistance is to give them something of value first.

    Good luck!

I agree with Georgia Coastal...remove the box. If I am reading this right they are giving you a number...i would imagine they are expecting a call.

I agree. I also don't think people would enter thier phone number if they didn't want to be called. I'm not sure how the "no call list" comes into play, but...
For sure remove the check box - but don't miss out on your 6 leads today. Call them and thank them for visiting your site.
The key to calling people (no matter who you call for any reason) - you should always GIVE them something - valuable information they CARE about - information that benefits them - something they think is valuable.
Make sure (even if they weren't happy you called initially) they'll be happy you called after they speak to you!

    Default Phone#=phone call

I agree with everyone - take the call me button off. If someone gives me their phone number, I will assume I can call. Real estate is a very competitive filed and you need to be aggressive in jumping on your leads.

Think about it this way...if you don't call, some other agent will.
