Blogging is a great tool to market yourself on the internet. Not only will it help build content on your website (which will get you ranked higher on search engines), it can also help you build positive relationships with people in your community.
It is important to keep your blogs relevant to the industry, and the community you are servicing. As a fellow blog writer and real estate enthusiast, I often find myself developing writers block every now and again.

Do some research before writing articles: look for keyword phrases that have traffic and low competition. Use google external keyword too with Traffic Travis (free). The extra time is well worth the extra free traffic!

Good short list- There are endless topics a realtor could blog about. Statistics and market breadth are my favorites which keeps me up to date on the local market and shows clients you have a pulse on the market
