Default What website does an Agent wants?

Hi I am an IT guys. I am planning to setup a real estate website that helps agents/brokers to post properties. And help customers to search the properties they are looking for. Hope I can add more features into the site. It will be grateful that I can get more information from the forum and understand some specific or value features that can achieve the above. Any feedback or suggestion will be appreciated from IT or agents. Thanks.

Most realtors are looking for a website that is most visited by the online viewers which might be a possible client, and delivers reliable information for the properties to be posted on it. Features such us the contact forms and feedback for the buyers is necessary. There are advertising sites that you can base your site design/features with.

    I want 2 things:

    1-Free to post or browse

2-Do follow links back to my website

If the site does not have these requirements, in general I will not use it. I will stop using a site after several months if I am not getting click thru hits from the site. I will not pay for enhanced status. I would rather spend my money on PPC.

I agree with MarkBrian, I want a sight that is free to post and is viewed by a large number of real estate buyers. I would also add that several areas in Colorado are looking for a better MLS, ever think about building one?

Your site should have a good ranking and always visited so the Realtor will like your site
