Default Best way to optimize you realestate site

I've been dealing with this matter for more than a time now and I have found the ways on optimizing my site. But the thing is I want to have it to the top of it's shape. Any suggestions?

    Thanks!

It really comes down to the keywords you are choosing, the more competetive the keywords, the tougher it is going to be to get that top spot and keep it.

General keywords like "real estate", "loans", "mortgage", etc. will be tough to rank well for, but niche keywords like "chicago investment property" would be easier to rank well for.

If you choose the right mix of keywords that you can rank well for and that convert for you, that should be your goal.

Research for the appropriate website keywords, make sure that the keywords you will choose are those keywords use by large number of people and has less competitors. Do that optimization prior to SEO.

    Goodluck!

Keywords are good, but why not to make the content unique, i mean you can add some video clips or even more fotos. Good detailed description can contribute alot. And SEO, of course.

I agree with Moore. Keyword can help too. But it's tough to keep up good position in your site. Valid content and other unique materials are always preferred as better seo tool.

Have you looked at your web stats yet? The really important question that you need to know is this: on average, how long are your visitors staying on your website?

Best way to optimize your web site? Find a web site that is making bank in internet generated sales. Find out who their developer and SEO experts are. Contact them and pay them. If you can't afford to do so, and attempt to make a vain effort yourself, your results are going to be mediocre at best. There's a million details in successful SEO. There's not enough time in the day for you to do both real estate sales and keep up with an ever changing SEO world. Just my .02

It all depends on what your goals are. I have over 50 different websites. Some for real estate, some for other businesses. Maybe I just get bored too fast, but I'm always trying something new. Here is what I have found works best for real estate leads:

I have built myself several "landing pages" that are just 1 page sites designed for each niche market I work in. For example, I have one site that is specifically for investment properties in Michigan. The website explains that I find investment properties in the area, and gives a little information on the deals. It then urges the visitor to put their email, name, and phone number in to the sign up form to hear from me as soon as I find a new deal.

It is not uncommon for me to get 100+ leads a month from these sites. And I use craigslist and other free sites to drive most of the traffic there. It really works. You will be surprised how well a simple 1 page site works for getting leads, and that is what we all want, right?
I decided to give away my 2 favorite videos on building a free website that actually gets real estate leads! If you try it out, can you please email me and let me know how many leads you are getting each week?.
