Social Media starts from fanpages
Facebook Fanpages are perfect for businesses that want to strengthen their presence on Facebook by attracting users to engage with their products. . Fanpage applications are electronic tools and online services. Available at low cost and can be custom designed to help Fan Pages increase user engagement by syndicating existing content. We need to invest in brand development and leverage the various social media channels available to interact directly with their followers, fans and customers.

I've found Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter to be particularly helpful. I've driven a lot of new traffic to my website using these free tools. Definitely worth a try if you haven't jumped on the social media band wagon yet!

Squidoo, Hubpage, digg, and other popular social bookmarking can also help. I do use various social networking accounts for my real estate business, however, Don't stick much on social networking, it does help, but it needs lot of attention.

social media
I stay very active with social media, and have found my favorites:
Twitter is great, especially after you are able to build up a decent amount of followers.
My second favorite is stumbleupon, combined with su.pr, which is a new service they have created. I use su.pr to shorten URL's, and then track how many clicks I get. And stumbleupon is great for my blog posts. I've had posts get 400+ hits just by submitting them. That's a lot more than I ever get from Digg or Reddit.
There are a ton of other sites I post on, but these have worked the best for me so far.I decided to give away my 2 favorite videos on building a free website that actually gets real estate leads! If you try it out, can you please email me and let me know how many leads you are getting each week?.

Your Product and Social Media
If you get a fanpage made professionally, they will be responsible for providing good content, engaging apps as well as videos and images, on regular basis. So if you have a fanpage for your product, you are marketing your product through social marketing by posting interesting and catchy items. The apps give ur users a chance to interact with your product. Users will definitely remember your product and it will get recommended automatically to their social circle.

I joined Twitter back in March and have found it to be a great way to network with other realtors and also a way to connect with existing clients. I have yet to gain new cleints, but I do know I have gained traffic to my website from twitter.

Social media is an effective way to advertise your site.
In real state, this is a nice way to introduce your business
and as well as your offers. In social media marketing you interact with so
many people and these people can be your potential clients.
