We buy REO/Foreclosure homes in The Tampa Area. We are looking for cash investors who will buy homes in their own company name. We do not ask for any money from you.
We find distreased homes and place under contract. Next, you buy the home. Then, we bring in the buyer and you sell for a profit.
We are looking for cash buyers who would work with usin this way and split the profits!
