I completely agree with you. Your agent doesn't have the same taste but you can always guide him/ her. Your preferences of picking the right house is your agent's work. It's easier for you to grasp.

I quite agree with you. Nowadays you can get lost in the hips of offers and you sometimes desperate to find the right offer. If you have some money, it's better to hire someone to give some variants. It'll save your time and patience.

Yes that's right i also agree with you. instead of wasting your time or resources one can hire a person to manage all his stuff. Investing in property & real estate is a decision that needs lots of market research and look to what direction the market is going. Either going up or down. that's very important.

If you can extend your study, you can be an expert in finding good deals. Make some research, remember, a person will not be professional in a certain field if he did not study on it. But, if you don't have time, as other said, you can hire someone to do that task for you, thus, eliminates waste of time and money.

Hiring someone to do the job for you, this sounds quite interesting. Well most often internet marketers do this kind of thing in order to save more time in doing something, thanks for the info mate

I say do it yourself, time is money, and I don't work for money, I let money work for me. This mean I go out and try all of these products and ebooks out on the net today about estate and I only found one that is worth paying for and reading. I spent thousands of dollars on products and systems that dont work. Please do not be like me and waste you time to find that right product.

Yes you can hire someone if you're established but if you're just starting out then I think this might not be cost-effective. You might have to do the grunt work yourself.
