On technology
I have a couple points to make:
1)Technology good. Especially in today's market. Just about anyone who can qualify for a home loan is going to text more than they talk probably.
2)I believe your potential customers, as stated above, are more professional today than ever. They would almost be dissappointed if you didn't call.
3)A lead, no matter how you get it, as long as honestly is a gift from God. Don't turn your nose up at anything that can get you in front of a client or customer.
