Default Recreated floorplans, high quality, low price :)

    Hello!

Marketing idea: Recreate your old and ugly floor plan to get better chances to sell it. Photos do not show the shape and arrangement of rooms within a house or flat. More: laymens are often not able to "read" the Architect`s original plans, even if they are pretty perfect. So why not to change this? Simply give your customer a better idea about your offer. A beautifull and lovely made floor plan will help you with your marketing efforts. We start just now to offer that service at U.S.
It can be found at floorplan-designer.com
Prices will start with $21.90 per floor plan. Please feel free to ask me anything about that. If you visit the site, i will be happy to get any response by you here at the forum.

I really agree with you.. In order to get a good deal, your property must be in good shape so its better to renovate it before marketing it...

    Default Yeah: "renovate"

Exactly that meets our point with that service.
It is anyway a good idea, even to get into a nice CI.
Our German customers (only some of them) take each and every plan to recreate it in sight to get a clear website. It looks not crowdy there this way.
