    It is normal to commit mistake in any business.. That's part of our daily lives.. Just be sure to learn your mistake so when you encounter again this situation, you know what to do.. Experience is great way of learning..

    Have a plan and stick to it. Otherwise "failing to plan is planning to fail" - I unfortunately speak from experience on this.

    Hi,

    Whatever you wrote here is totally correct and also making some sence as, these are such mistakes that always occurs, so it is far more better to have good deals and right options to choose as one mistake will get count here.

    It is good if you go for some reference or choose to go for good sites like craigslist, ebay or amazon for your search.

    Hi thanks for this nice post.
    In today's real estate market you need a lot understanding regarding your client's needs and demands. If they rely on you and get a better service then you are ready to go to the next level. So mouth of word, reference are two most helpful tool in the real estate industry.
    I personally believe that you slould have a mentor. Work with the person and learn working. So finding a mentor is your first chanllenge. Make friends and learn from them too. This forum will also guide you to understand all corners of real estate. Thanks again. Nick Brian.
