    Default Craigslist for REO's

I use Craigslist to generate buyer leads for foreclosures and REO's and pretty generate an endless supply with very little effort. In fact I recently put together something I call the Craigslist Marketing "Cheat Sheet". It's free and you can check it out at www.CraigslistMarketingMatrix.com.

    Good Luck,

    Default Craigslist advertising

I have used craigslist advertising for 4 websites and it work good. The main advantage of caigslist is because it is free. As for everything in life, you will have to invest sometimes to have a good campaign. Also, hire a cheap graphic designer to make some images ($30-$50) that you can store in your web server or photobucket. Craigslist ads with images performs better. Additionaly, you need to study your competition on craigslist and develop a plan to beat them. Another beneficial point is to link your craigslsit ad with your website and try to use some keywords in your title, so it stands out. Example: Uptown Dallas Apartments . Below are some of our websites. I hope this will help you. If you need more assistance, send me a message here.

Craigslist can be a good way to generate good leads since large percentage of US internet users search on craigslist. Try using craigslist,it's for free. Just don't be dismayed if someone flagged you. Keep on trying. All efforts will be rewarded

    Hi,

There are several sites what you can use for real estate ads as Cragslist is still very active for all as whether it is for foreclosures or normal properties that are required.

Also, there are some more sites that are very good for real estate related ads, as I am providing you some sites that will solve your purpose as that are,

    kijiji.com, adoos.us, adsinusa.com, classifiedsforfree.com.

Go visit these sites as they best for placing free ads also if you want to place it normally than also it will not going to cost to so much.

I personally use these sites and they found very beneficial.

    Thanks!!

Craigslist is free, but it is loaded with junk and scams. Nevertheless, it doesn't cost you anything other than your time to post at the site. So, you can figure out if this is for you. I have seen mixed results from people who use it. The site used to have a large loyal followers, but because of all the scams, many users have stayed away from the site. So, be very careful.

    Default Craigslist Ad Postings

In my experience, the traffic generated from Craigslist.com far exceeds the traffic I get from Kijiji.com, Backpages.com and other sites.

Craigslist has really cracked down on spammers, which also makes it more difficult to post legitimate ads.

To include real estate ads at Craigslist, your account must be verified by phone, and they track your IP address, email address, url's and image links to prevent spammers/scammers. They also limit how many ads you can place in a 24 (48 ?) hour time period.

There are some workarounds, but you should still be careful to not over-post and have your account flagged or suspended, or to overtly promote your business (rather than the listing) so the community doesn't flag your ad.

Ideally, you should create more than one account, use more than one email address, and don't use the same ad text or headers. Tinyurl.com can help make your ads appear more unique as well. There are lots of tricks, but don't want to reveal all of my secrets. LOL.

Overall, it works and generates traffic - and it's free.

One of the good points of Craigslist is you can post your ad there for FREE.. I think a good ad must have a catchy picture and a title..
