Our company caters to middle to high income clients who are looking to purchase a home, but do not meet the minimum credit requirments. Our clients are typically referred by an agent or broker after being turned down for pre-approval. Upon acceptance, each client has a personal attorney specializing in Credit Law. We review their credit report and develop a case against the 3 major bureaus in order to hit a predetermined credit score needed to attain loan approval. Upon reaching the required score, we send the client back to the originating referral to complete their initial sale.
