Default How do you "correct" your customers horrible behavior

Here is a problem I have. I thought you guys might give me some advice...

I am just like most of view - struggling to get leads. On top of that, even when I do get a lead - holy cow - 90% of the time I am simply wasting my time talking to that person...

Can you share some ideas what is it that would make a lead stay with me and give me business!?

Sounds like you understand the game pretty good. Only 1 out of 10 leads will lead to a deal so keep talking to them until the numbers start to work in your favor.

The one thing they are looking for the most is listings. Always offer to send them, either email or snail mail, all of the listings that meet their particular criteria. Once they have all the listings they have no need to call anyone else.

First, give up the idea (entirely) that you can "make" anyone do anything. In a simple way, make offers in a genuine and authentic way. Those that are attracted to the offer will stay and those that are not will not even approach.

You control how the market acts, by the offer you present and the way in which you present it.

Thanks a lot, I guess this is my problem. I am not trying to make anybody do anything, but at the same time I guess I lack marketing expertise exactly how to present an offer that would be accepted.

Would appreciate if you could share some insights how to do that.

    Hi,

All that you need to do is if you are very much sure about the thing that you know perfectly then let them about this as it is necessary to describe the best of your knowledge, dont force them to accept your proposal but be calm and confident of what you need to describe.

This is the basic start of giving advice of what you can provide them.

    Thanks!!

    Default Leads to deals

It's always part of the game, getting leads not always lead to closed deals more or so it's just a cold leads.
Sometimes you really have to be patient and get along with that horrible client.

That is always part of the game.. It is always 50-50 when you are dealing with a customer.. Well.. in dealing with a lead, Just explain to him/her the features of your stuff.. One best thing that I can advice to you is be "honest".
