Default What Social Media Strategy to Follow?

The biggest pain point while marketing via social media is to see how your time and effort can be justified. This is something that can take so much time without producing tangible results. So a regular tab and a lot of free tools can make this happen easily

In an industry like realestate where relationship is the key this needs to be addressed. but this is also an industry where reference happens often and the social media has just made referencing and branding much easier

A Strategy depends on understanding the new image of your customer. The same customer who use to meet you over a coffee is now a social customer, he IMs you and connects with you on the social media. you now have more avenues to be in front of your prospects and converse with them. In short your prospects have just opened the doors to their life so people who know them and bring value to them can connect with them more freely

There are three areas mainly the acquisition, consolidation of integration of the social media into your campaign

I am a technologist and have spend a good amount of time researching to see how this could be tuned to bring results and the realestate business was my theme

I am putting all my thoughts into a webinar that I am hosting on September 9th

    The link is https://www2.gotomeeting.com/register/364233395

Hope to see you all and share my findings and address any queries

    Regards

    Default Learning About Social Media

I think a great way to learn about it is by taking the (Free) Thirty Day Challenge Course. (By the way, I am not affiliated with them, but I have taken the course). Search for "thirty day challenge" on Google.

Besides that, getting on Facebook has me connected with lots of old friends that I had not seen for years.

    good luck...Al

Pick what you like - as that means its something that you'll end up doing regularly. If you like frequent chatting - hit up Twitter. If you like updates, etc - try Facebook, etc.

The key is doing what you like and making sure to manage your time so that you don't have a low return on your time investment.

I do tweet, but haven't seen a reliable way to drive traffic using Twitter. How does one get a good return from Twitter?
