    Default driveMLS

I have created a marketing solution for real estate agents and am trying to find some realtors interested in it. Please go to the "How It Works" section on our website - driveMLS.com - to see how it works, here's a quick summary.

People interested in a property can send a text message with the keyword on the sign or sign rider and they will receive a summary of the property information. You're thinking "Ive heard of that before," but before you dismiss driveMLS, please keep reading. With driveMLS the user's listing is saved on our website, and they can login at driveMLS.com with their 11 digit phone number and view all of the listings *on a map* that they have requested information on and also view the picture(s) that the agent has uploaded. Then they have the option of having a real estate agent contact them about the property. We have the user initiate this contact because of privacy issues that have come up with other companies in this market.

Maybe that's a great idea.. What I like the most in this idea is less hassle.. But if you really want a great marketing tool, use the power of social media..

    Default Social Media Integration

I agree with you 100%. I am trying to figure out ways to integrate driveMLS on social websites, and am also looking for some agents to help me try it out with a significant discount for several months. Do you have some ideas to make driveMLS better? Here are a few ideas I've come up that I would like to get added, let me know what you think:

    BIT.LY API Integration
Use the BIT.LY API to create a "short URL" to be able to share the full details on the driveMLS site with users of Twitter, Facebook, Craigslist and any other sites that we integrate into driveMLS in the future.

    Twitter Integration
Post a ~100 character summary of a property to Twitter to an agent's Twitter account when they add a property to driveMLS followed by a short URL (see "bit.ly API" above) to link to property details for those who have browser-enabled mobile phones and other devices.

    Facebook Integration
Display a short summary of a property followed by a short URL (see "bit.ly API" above) in a format that the agent can copy/paste the text to Facebook. The short URL will allow those on Facebook to be able to click the link and view property details.

    Craigslist Integration
Output an HTML template ready for you to post straight to Craigslist, a free classifieds website. The ideal way to do this would be to post the info straight to Craigslist to reduce the work needed, but since they don't have an API, this is the best we can do - at this point in time.

    Anonymous Correspondence (FSBO)
When an FSBO property is listed, driveMLS will create an anonymous email address that all correspondence will be sent from. When the seller is replying to a buyer, their email address never has to be revealed. To send a response to a buyer, the seller just clicks the "reply" button in their email, types what they want to send, and it gets sent - anonymously - to the potential buyer. The correspondence will also be logged in driveMLS if the seller accidently deletes an email or wishes to review all correspondence.

    Property Notification
When a potential buyer logs into driveMLS, give them an option to set notification preferences. So if they are looking for a 3 bed / 2 bath home that is at least 1,500 square feet and less than $150K in a specific city or zip code, an SMS is immediately sent to them and it's added to their driveMLS listings when a home with those minimum requirements is posted by an agent in their area.

EVERYONE: Please let me know your thoughts on each of these items - if you think they would be useful or not.

Also, so you know, driveMLS is available for use now if anyone is interested.

Thanks for any input you can give me on the above information!
