An interesting web tool.
I'm a realtor and I'm very interested in ideas that help my website get more hits. I've done a lot of research in the field of marketing and what makes websites more useful. I'll be honest, I'm new to this blogging experience, and I'm excited to learn what everyone here finds useful. Anything that attracts more customers right? But I was searching the web and came across this website that has a map that allows people searching for a house to see a map of the home and where it is located. The site was called www.myeasyhomefinder.com. I thought it was interesting, but was wondering what other people thought of it or if anyone had seen anything like it. I'd appreciate anyone's help!

They appear to be using google mapping which is not difficult to setup. You need a listing management application with the addresses of properties. There are several providers, I think birdview.com is one of the more attractive solutions. My programmer also does custom work with google mapping.

I thought it was an interesting solution, however at $900 per year, they are not yet cost competitive to make it worth the investment. I have come across a few solutions like this and think once the cost comes down, it is well worth the investment.

I would eventually lke to add that to my site virtualrealestatemall.com as well. But for your first question i would definately say get in touch with an SEO company and you will see huge results.

Just make sure the company is reputable. Watch out for companies that make guarantees like being in the top 10 or giving a ranking timeframe like 1 month. Or if a company claims thay can go through special means to submit you and get results. There are a bunch of other things to look for as well.
