Default My New Real Estate Blog is now Full with Articles.

    Hi Everyone,
I re-design my blog and changed the URL address. The idea is to make the blog more useful to visitors. I categorized the blog content into 6 categories, Namely:
    Refinancing
    Real Estate Basics
    Mortagages
    Shopping for a Home
    Resources
    Glossary
There are currently a substantial number of articles in each category and I planned to be posting average of three articles per day. I please request the attention of this high class community to visit the blog and offer comment and suggestion as to how the blog and its content should be appropriately done. Thank you.

First you need to reduce the ads on the blog

Second you need to fix a lot of things like

Increase content, fix the placement of ads,

It looks more like a ad blog than an info blog

Remove followers, i have over 100,000 pv's to my site, didn't had more than 3 followers, so it is like wasting your precious real estate ( on site)

    That's about it for now.

I agree with Govguy, the blog layout is difficult to read and has too many ads. Also, are you generating your own content or finding it elsewhere?

I suggest margins on both sides and a header. It appears like you're maximizing the space, but it's not very inviting to the eyes.

I agree with the other posters. I'd eliminate the ads entirely. You need to personalize this thing ie: add some human interest stuff / photos. Beyond that, the information that you have posted is not that readable.

We use our blog to creagte a human side to our real estate team. It gives our audience to interact with us.

Thanks for forwarding this useful information. It is nice that you want to give latest information to your site visitors. I suggest you to add some more topics like foreclosure, short sales, loan modification etc. If you need articles, you may contact me anytime.

I would buy my own domain name if I was starting a blog. This is a small investment that will pay many times over if your blog succeeds.

After visiting your website, I assume that your goal is to make money with adsense. Nothing wrong with that, but you need to also keep your visitors in mind.

Just as you would need to balance the design (look and feel) and search engine optimization of your website. You also have to keep a balance in mind when optimizing a website for adsense. The placement of you ads were probably done in order to catch the person's attention and more likely to click on them. However, if you do not put to much thought on adding eye-pleasing qualities to your website people might leave as soon as the page loads. Another thing to consider is that you need to gain the visitor's trust before they feel comfortable clicking on any ads. You can achieve this by creating an ambience that a visitor will wan to return to and more importantly providing great content.

    Hope this helps.

Layout need some changes.. You have to ensure that the content should not collide with the ad sense.

Simplicity is beauty.. Just make it simple.. Just concentrate in advertising.. Use some social media.. It is not about the appearance of your site.. It's about the content..
