Personalized Company iPhone Applications - Who's got them?
We are currently developing an iPhone application for the website. The investment cost is quite large, however, the potential opportunities for a substantial pay-off and increased public awareness about the company would have huge positive effects. Are most Home Builders, Developers, and Real Estate Agents realizing this? I'm curious to know how many have developed their own iPhone applications for client convenience and responsiveness?

Could this be used to make a real estate app with IDX, or is it only for simpler iPhone apps?
