In order to become licensed, most states require that an applicant take a minimum number of classes before taking the state licensing exam. Such education is often provided by real estate brokerages as a means to finding new agents.
[FONT=&quot]Today in many states, the real estate agent (acting as an agent of the broker with whom he/she is employed) is required to disclose to prospective buyers and sellers who represents whom. See below for a broker/agent

I think real estate is much better than stock. Real Estate is non movable asset, it will loose value but will never evaporate like stocks. I am from Miami and right now condos and real estate are selling for a great price right now.So I think you are right.you have done a great job.Thanks for all..

In every profession education is really important. There are things we need to encounter first, just like being a broker of a brokerage firm you have to passed first the exam provided for brokers so you'll be a licensed broker.

If you in Washington State I know of a great school where you can take the classes to get your license.

Its good to be qualified in real estate business because information and knowledge about profession is the key to success the real estate agent is the middle person between buyer and seller who make both of them updated about current market situation to do this job in full ethics and manner one should be qualified.

Each and very fields needs the education in order to have professional look in their field. But i personally feels it the major catalyst in order to reach the peak. Real estate business is not exception.
