Kijiji for Foreclosures
Just thought I'd share quickly:
Last week I took a couple hours, built (okay, I stole it from a colleague) a one page Lead Capture Site and hooked it up to my customized Investor Report, Automated search tool, and database within Busy Agent Pro, then created one ad on kijiji.
Within 5 days I had 20 leads, all with complete email addresses and correct phone numbers.
As my colleagues on Busy Agent Pro tell me, I should be seeing about a 5% conversion rate on these leads if I send them one list of foreclosures, then follow up by phone before sending any more.
I can't believe how easy BAP made all this. I literally invested 3 hours and it cost me $0.00, if you exclude my ongoing BAP fee of $85 CDN.Alberta Canada, land of living skies AND incredible growth ! ! !

No need for this $85 fee. Just do a landing page in HTML and post it by coping/pasting it everytime and get your 20 leads. zero dollars and 6-7 seconds of work...
