Lead Generation
I am interested in different points of view on direct lead generation. By by direct I mean successes and challenges with attracting, contacting, contracting, and closing people interested in buying and selling without lead aggregators and the like.

Hi Mike,
I use Busy Agent Pro and really like it. I have multiple websites and Lead capture pages with DRIP campaigns tied in. I used to use some of the lead aggregator sites and that was a total waste of time and alot of money. Now I rank as high or higher than them for my keywords and couldn't be happier! My suggestion is to narrow your focus as much as possible for your keywords and niche. Hope this helps!

One of the most effective way is to run a Squeeze Page Campaign with a lead capture page. This is where you buy different domains to target different set of prospects on separate lead capture page. Run the whole idea as a campaign as you do for traditional marketing. Not only you will get highly targetted niche prospects, the value of these leads are rather high and of quality.

I found there is a company named Foreclosure Babble which offered an inexpensive agent network! Check it out!

I've researched some on squeeze pages. I know the New REal Estate Gurus use them to bilk people by getting their email and sending them something for free and then DRIP emailing them til they buy something. They usually try and tie into it with a webinar. Which I think if properly used, could be very successful for the real estate agent.
Anyhow, my question for you Denver is how have you done this? Can I get a link from one of your examples?

Direct Mail
I believe direct mail to absentee owners is mass is a great way to gerate leads. It is 100% responsible for my success and I do between 2-3 deals per month.

Lead Generation with Direct Mail
I usually mail anywhere from 5,000-7500 per month. You dont have to start with that type of volume but I find that is what is getting me the deals that I need.
Best to start small and buld from there. I have a list of about 15-20K that I break up and mail in a rotation quarterly...
