    Question Floorplan marketing ideas

I just recently started to draw floor plans full time using AutoCAD, and I am trying to find the best ways to market my services to the real estate community. I have put a website online but I'm finding out that was the easy part. I hate cold calls and I am not sure if e-mailing realtors is bad etiquette. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

A simple guide to marketing, strategic business planning, advertising and promotion and sales lead generation, for small UK businesses especially. With tips and techniques for advertising and PR, for non-marketing managers, and for marketing and advertising professionals too; this is marketing and advertising made simple. Also some easy tips on website design, internet advertising and marketing.
While much of this marketing theory page was written a while ago generally the principles apply just the same, if fact many of these basic pointers are good reminders of some of the simple things that are easy to overlook in these modern distracting times. Marketing plans can feel like a pain in the neck.
For those new to marketing plans, the thought of writing a marketing plan from start to finish may feel daunting. It need not.
    Good Luck..!!!

you might try eflyers in your area. there should be some companies that market directly to realtors in your area. this is a great way to reach targeted audience without emailing directly. Also, maybe try some advertising in local real estate publications/magazines

What are you charging for each floorplan? In addition to practicing real estate I also sell single property websites to other agents. Floorplans would be a great thing to add, the biggest problem I have found is that they can be a bit expensive.

Join any gatherings of realtors or any open house. Talk with them and pass your business cards in every opportunity you find. That's what an acquaintance did and I think it was one of his best moves for marketing his services.

If you don't have any idea the best you must to do is find some experts or specialist, I think they could help you and you can get more ideas from them.

Emailing realtors will look like spamming some might ignore you, well why don't
you show us some sample that you made or at least put your service on
local directories, in this way your service might be noticed.
