    Default Investment in foreclosure property

Today, banks are announcing foreclosure properties daily but even then are facing difficulty in finding out the real buyer. Is it a good sign to invest in such property?

It all depends on what you want to do... Have a plan of attack, and then integrate the types of investing that is in line with that.

And then you have various stages of FC properties, from pre-FC to REO, all are great ways to invest, but all have their pros and cons, which may fall in line of what you are trying to accomplish and many others will not.

So your questions is too vague to give you an answer.
