What do I want?
I want an abundance of people coming to me giving me deals. I expect this to happen when I am marketing to businesses.
When marketing, I grab my guts and walk into whatever business that wants what I have.
Ex: I like to talk to lawyers because of family feuds. These are great referrals for getting clients and such.
The key to marketing is to over deliver and under talk.
Ex: I tell them I will have their paperwork done in 3 days and do it in 2!
What are other ways that we can over deliver?
Another way to over deliver is to be a go getter. The majority of real estate agents do the bare minimum. The key to being success at real estate is to keep putting deals in the pipe. Sooner or later they will all come together. The more deals you work on the more likely that will come to play.
Business cards are crucial to any business that is selling something. The key to position yourself as a top agent in your city. Find your niche and create the path to the end result.
