Cross Country Sales of Properties
I heard that a group of Properties Agents from US sold well in their Fair tour to china, and many houses, homes and foreclosures are sold at rather low prices. I think it is a big trend for the realty investment to go international and cross country.Is that so?

That would be a good idea .. since it will cater to different size of client since they are foreign and have a different view on the property..

I, too, think that could be a good idea. I'm sure the deals become much more complex with foreign buyers, but considering that you have a much bigger market to sell to, it may be worth it in some cases.

I think its a marvelous opportunity for anyone to participate in such kind of fairs and make the most out of it as you never know you might come across many attractive real estate deals.
