Thumbs up Virtual Staging - Great way to set your self apart

If you have any vacant listings and are looking for a great way to really stand out and sell your listings faster virtual home staging is an amazing new technology that can help you do just that.

Basically, you can virtually stage a home for a fraction of what it costs to physically stage a home - and it's a lot easier. All you have to do is send in your pictures and they can put furniture in the picture so it looks as if the furniture is actually in the home!

Take a look at some of the before and afters in the gallery on this website:

What a great idea. That will save time and money compared to actually renting a large amount of furniture and accessories to make your property look nice.

This is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. Staging's purpose in large part is to help sell a home once someone walks into it. Besides this the furniture looks fake and consumers do not want to be fooled.

I first saw this a few days ago in a blog post, I was kind of fascinated by the idea. There's a few of these sites popping up...it seems to work really well.
I'm sure it can help buyers get in the door, but of course, when they get in the house, it'll still be empty.
