Here is a tool you can use right now to help organize your time
Do you ever feel like you can't get anything done during the day because of interruptions? Well, if you are like me and your time is important, then I suggest that you put on your voicemail each day a recording that tells the caller what you plan on doing that day and (this is the timesaver here)set one or two times during the day that you will be returning calls. Just this alone will get so much of your time back and it creates boundaries for your clients, associates and friends. Now, I know many realtors say they cannot miss a call because it might be a prospect. Well, I can tell you, if you have boundaries in your business, your prospects will appreciate you more and recognize you as a professional. A few good examples to compare yourself to are: Doctor, Dentist, Attorney, Accountant, Cosultant, etc... Do you think they will pick up a call from you if you called them right now or do you think you will need to leave a message and wait for them to call?
p.s. Later, I will be offering more tips on ways to better develop your business.
p.p.s. Also, if you are interested in a new product to add to your current business model, I would like to offer our affiliate program that provides 10% down commercial loans. However, I have to write 5 more post before I can give you the url, so, please keep an eye out.

Catchy post Title but lets be honest, there are no secrets

Ryan, Yes there are no secrets, however....
I have found that many realtors and mortgage brokers disregard implementing marketing tools in their business. Additionally, they are not willing to purchase marketing tools to help increase their business. So you may say there are no secrets, but until realtors and mortgage brokers decide to use them, they are a secret. Besides, how many realtors do you know right now that are using an autoresponder for their email list? I work with about 200 realtors and mortgage brokers nationwide and never have they put my email address into an autoresponder to keep me informed about their business.
So, I ask you, "Are you using an autoresponder for your business?" If not, then, you now have a secret that most realtors and mortgage brokers fail to take advantage of to increase their business. Most likely because they are not aware of what an autoresponder is. Would you agree with my definition of a secret now?
For more information about autoresponders, just give me a call. I would like to put my url here to offer these tools, but I still have to write 4 more posts. Hopefully, I can get that done this week, then, I will be providing all the secret tools I use.
Also, I have an affiliate program that I am offering with one on one coaching for the first 30 days in the program. Keep a watch out for that.

The down side to autoresponders, is that the recipient will not value your emails as much.

That will not value your emails IF you are not adding value.
When implementing email autoresponders, there are certain things you are trying to formulate. By using these ideas, your reader should never feel as though your emails are not valuable. Some of the reasons are as follows:
1. you are building TRUST. The reader is getting to know you and you are allowing them to see inside your life, which helps them to trust you.
2. you are building DESIRE. You want to provide them something that is of value to them. You offer them something that they can use that is free. You try to do this often, to create the desire to want more from you in the future.
3. you are building PROOF that what you have works. You want to let your prospects know that what you have actually can help them, so you must keep them informed on others who are using your services.
4. you are building BONDING. You want to help your reader get more familiar with you and bond with you.
These are just some of the reasons why you would be using an email autoresponder to increase your business.
