    Selling a house too requires a good amount of knowledge beforehand and this can be held only by some prior experience.

    Selling a house is too difficult now. I have a client who bought 5 properties in a raw before 2 years for over 150000 EURos, now she is desperate and wants to sell all of them at a package price of 70000 EUR. How bad is that ?
