I hate being bothered at in opportune times. Being flooded with emails and phone calls with somebody trying to sell something. Now what I do appreciate is when someone helps me or sells me a service that is a benefit to me.

So my question is what type of marketing do ypou like and what do you hate?

Are there certain services that you absolutely enjoy say a newsletter or informative blog that sellls absolutley nothing.
