    We have seen about a 20% reduction to pricesover the last year and a half. It seams to be flatening out, however there is still some room for more decreases.

    I heard that prices just climbed too high too fast and that the market was overvalued to begin with and this is just the economies way of evening it out. Not much consolation to sellers though
