Default Virtual Assistants for the busy Real Estate Entrepenuer

How much time do you spend doing grunt work when you can be concentrating on selling your listings?

We’re a real estate virtual assistants company called 247virtualassistant.com that offers a wide variety of services to realtors all over the US. I just wanted to use this opportunity to introduce our services to your business so that you can save your precious time by letting us do your web, listing entry or paper work and concentrate more on your customers. We offer several business plans ranging from $299/month to $899/month or indvidual personal plans starting from $15.99/month depending on the number of hours or tasks that you might need. And all this is for 1/5th the cost of hiring your own in-house Assistant!

We have saved our clients over 75% of their operational cost!. Most of our clients are realtors and we provide a wide range of services including but not limited to updating business websites with new listings, entering data from MLS sheet to many property listing sites such as realtor.com, zillow.com, craigslist.org, agentpanelgold.com, trackmyleadsonline.com, firsthometour.com, point2agent.com, trendmls.com, postlets.com, activerain.com, adnet4u.com etc..

We also have Virtual Assistants (VA’s) who are experienced in Short Sales and who have experience with realeflow and TopProducer8i. Some of the other services that we offer are data entry, web research, administrative and clerical support, call centre option, blog updating and maintenance etc. As part of our service we also have a web development team that can help you with website designs, coding, logos, banners, Photoshop etc. So take a look and give me a call, I’m looking forward to helping your business grow.

Default 4 Hour Work Week? - Uh, yup

Anyone reading that book by "Tim Ferriss" might be tempted to get a VA at a fraction of the cost in India or Philippines or somewhere else. Interesting idea.. if I wanted to someone to answer the phone too, I might opt for this company and pay a little more.

Great business idea, by the way. Good luck.

    Hi,

I do like this idea as, VA's are some people who handles all the administrative work like email management, plannings and meetings are all managed virtually by VA's.

As, Vir tual assistance saves enterprenures time and money.

If getting virtual assistance from India than it will be very cost effective.

    Thanks!!

New marketing concept and strategy is tougher and easier both at the same time. It's just got competitive. Many of you use virtual assistant which improves SEO. It's always better if you pick people from your location. They know the market more than anybody else.

    Default VA's

They can be a great tool to use, yet most are not educated in the field they work, this can drive away customers. Be careful, make sure your VA knows what they are doing...

The "4 Hour Work Week" by Tim Ferris gives some pretty practical guidance as to HOW you can monitor your VA.

Virtual Assistants, well they can be handy but you must make sure that you chose the right person for the job or else it would go for nothing, choose one or persons that can assure you they know something about the job.
