Just Blog
In today's industry, everything starts online. Buyers and sellers start their search for a home or realtor online more than 85% of the time (fact). Real estate blogs are competetive in all markets. Find a niche, area, county, whatever, and start a blog about it. Write about anything and everything on the area. Take pictures, vids, etc...Label your website title pages carefully, build backlinks.
That is the best form of marketing today. I'm no pro, but I'm trying it and its working

I used to poo poo companies that were just focused on driving traffic to their websites as opposed to just getting business and phone calls. I think we can fixate on the web, but it's the way of business today.
Spending the day hitting the phone just sucks the life out of me, but optimizing and updated my site is fine.
Now we're even blogging.
