Hi Guys
I need help. Im thinking of hiring an assistant or getting another realtor to join me. What do you recommend?
Do any of you guys have a team of realtors?

We have a client that is one small office but work on a team basis. Each associate has a different specialty and different responsibilities, however they work on a team basis are all share in the revenues and profits. Check out their website at www.placesforsale.com

There was an article in Broker Agent Magazine recently about this. I think it was either the July or August issue. You might want to try to find it and check it out.

Pretty good article. If I'm able to find the exact issue, I'll forward it along. But I don't think you'll have too much trouble finding it.
