    Hi,

    Yeah it is important to have a good mentor. I think that education is also import. I just enrolled in a great realestate education program. And I am learning from the experts. it is great.

    Every real estate professional should find what is unique about them and find a way to market that. What makes you different? You then match that image with the potential client that fits. The trick is showing that you are the ideal solution to their need.

    good post...it all comes down in today's market to aggressive marketing. Who takes more pictures of their listings, etc....which agents work 10 times harder for half the money?? Those are the good ones

    I think real estate professional should look for such way where maketing is doen uniquely and something it has that leads that market and that is the unique way to fit the criteria with the prospective client.
