    Default Real estate marketing in India

    In fact, real estate sector is a vital driver of growth of our economy. It is the 2nd largest employer; it provides employment to the real masses and unskilled workers besides skilled workers, with a vast majority of them below poverty line. The sector supports multiple ranging from steel, cement, paint, sanitary ware, light fixtures, glass, aluminum etc. The sector also contributes towards urban development by undertaking public private partnerships including slum rehabs and is a significant contributor to government revenue.

    Yes, that is very true pramod. I really agree with you. Rela estate is the way where people can make economical status well whether they are skilled or unskilled. There is a enormous majority today earning well in this field.

    Yes, You are absolutely right. I believe 2009 will see the customers who have deferred their home purchases in 2008 take the decision and purchase their homes given the affordability impact as well as the tremendous need for homes in the country. As a result of the reduced number of projects launched in the last 12 months, we will see better projects developed by reputed developers being sold out sooner.
