Arrow Selling your home by yourself is an option

In this tough economic times creative thinking could prove very helpful.
Real estate commission is on the mind of every seller and one way to deal with this is to sell your home privately.
You need to spend time and effort in order to have a successful sale. But it's all worth the money you will save at the end.

Do you mean to sell home without getting an agent or broker between? Yes, that would definitely help but everybody is not an expert in selling and might end up selling the house at a lower price.

    Really good point.
It's not for every one....it has happened that people let their home go for much lower price than the market.

Unless you really know what you are doing I would suggest hiring a professional. I good agent should be able save you time and money in the long run.

A general idea would be to start bargain with a higher price if you are not professional and must get an agent to finalize the deal.
