Default Give back to the Buyer

Here in Costa Rica one Realtor gets all the commish.

    at least 5%.

Of that 5%, we give back to our buyers, up to $30,000 cash back if they buy a PureLife Realty property.

When I saw your nickname I inmediately thought of Costa Rica, I actually have some businesses down there and it is quite profitable. Nice to see another fellow Tico.

    Greetings.

Yes, I'm afraid I know... The real estate market there is great, not to mention all the beautiful places available.

Hope everything goes well with your business there and if you need some contacts for networking let me know, I have a few friends that may be able to help you out.

Costa Rica is like the wild wild west. The make it so easy to do business its crazy. If you are visiting Costa Rica and you meet a new friend. You and that new friend go for a walk and pass a beach house you really like. You can knock on the door, tell the owner your friend is interested in buying this house, and the owner will pay you a small % for a finders fee. If you are a realtor, you can get the full 5%. Even if JoeBlow realty has his sign out front, he is out of luck if he doesn't bring the customer personally
