Imagine yourself doing work you love and be specific. Do you want to work with buyers or sellers or both? Imagine yourself working with your Ideal Clients. What characteristics do you want them to have? Do you want them to be decisive, motivated, and up beat?

I think that another great tip is to build a relationship with those who you do business with and return they will do your marketing for you. Agreed that this will not be enough but this will build your reputation which will then allow you to use tools such as direct marketing to back up your advertising.
