Are the personal property sites the same thing as single property websites?

They are the same as single property websites. I refer to them that way sometimes because in my opinion the best reason to use them is to personalize a clients online marketing efforts. The price includes the domain name and one year of hosting.

They also offer SEO benefits in that they rank in the search engines and thus give you a validated one way industry specific backlink to your agent website.

For example, I just checked a site put up by a client where they modified the title tags to read "Coronado Cays Waterfront Home For Sale". Now we know very few if any people are going to type in that phrase but it ranks #1 in Yahoo for that phrase and #1 in Yahoo and Google for the address/domain of the website (www.17buccaneerway.com).

What is more important is that this happened after only two weeks so it did not take 4 months to get validated by the search engines.

hi,
I am from india. how can i sign up when there is no option of india in the country drop down. please suggest. i went there to sign up bu in next step i had to exit from the website.
