    Default Link exchanging?

Will other sites not want to link to me if my site is designed in frames? I have heard that some spiders can't find content or links inside frames.

That may be the case. Many sites request that the link page is not in frames. If it is too difficult to make the whole site frameless, you may want to create a separate file for the links page that is an unframed version of the site.

One of the main problems is that not all engines will find the framed content. The other problem is even if they do follow the frame tags and get to the content they don't index the content with the other framed sections. So if you had a menu in one frame, the header in another and the footer in another they would all be indexed as separate pages.

Please let me know if that helps or if you need more information.
