    Default Links Needed

I'm looking to add 10-15 links this month to a group of real estate sites in my portfolio. Here's the scoop:

I don't care about the toolbar page rank of your site or your links page.

I don't care if your links pages are in Google's supplemental index.

Here's what I am looking for:

    1. Your site must be a real estate agent, broker, or company site. Sorry, no directories, mortgage sites, lending sites, real estate marketing sites, etc. Your site must be selling real estate.

    2. Your site must be ranked in the top 50 on Google for your primary keyword phrase (i.e. your city + real estate).

I currently have 6 real estate sites looking for links. Four of those are Google top 10 for their primary phrase. One is top 25. The last site is new and still sandboxed.

PM me for more information or to set up an exchange. My preference is to swap articles or RSS feeds, but will accept some regular link exchanges.

Question Just would like to know why you are against Directories!

I respect your opinion on Directories.

    -- Not questioning your decision.

Just would like to know why you are against them?

Especially if you can get a free link form a Real Estate only Directory.
n When you don't have to link back to them?

[COLOR=black]I can understand if you don

Among other things, my link building strategies are based primarily upon the concept of Trustrank as well as the concept of authority sites.

We do exchange links with some directories, but only those that we feel are authority sites or sites with high TrustRank. We also have a specific set of criteria that must be present with any directory that we exchange links with. Very, very few directory sites meet our criteria.

Contrary to what you might read on the web, most directories have very little SEO value, and I expect that value to continue to decline even more over the years as search engine continue to focus on content driven links and web sites. Over the past few years the primary purpose of directories has changed from informative hub sites to sites designed to generate Adsense/Yahoo revenues.

Another reason I stay away from directories is that I don't want web surfers leaving my client's web site for a real estate directory and choosing a competing agent.

I don't want to divulge any of the fine details on my link building strategies because I do own an SEO company. Suffice to say my clients enjoy top rankings, and their sites usually have one-third to one-half the links of other sites in the top 10.

    Smile Thanks for the reply

HHI Golf Guy Thank for sharing your thought.

Besides directories I do have other sites.

I am a Loan Officer in Texas and Primarily a Programmer. (not in web Development).

I was under the impression Google PR and Indexed pages are primary in link building. And I had the idea that Any incoming link from a Relavent site is good.

PM me if you can build me a web site for my Loan Offeicer (Part time Job).

Let me know your charges etc.

    Thanks

Have you ever wondered why some people have thousands and thousands of links with decent anchor text, yet still don't have decent rankings? Usually these sites have poor on-page SEO and poor link building practices. There's more to good link building than meets the eye

Our development schedule is booked until August/September at the earliest.

Design fees start at $5,000, and SEO fees begin at $1,500 per month (12 month contract). If you're still interested, drop me an email or give me a call around the end of July. Sorry I'm not able to help you sooner.
