Hi, I would exchange links with you, but my web site is new one and don't have PR. The problem is, if everybody want to exchange links only with PR sites, how will the new web site get their PR.

For one if you are a Real Estate Agent or a Realtor I give you free links.
if that is not the case, you can buy links.
