Tips on getting links
All those who want to benefit from DO FOLLOW LINKS to your sites, please consider following:
1. About 1/3 of all links pointing to your site should be pointing to your home page and 2/3 should be pointing to other pages. This will appear more natural to search engines and you will get the most benefit.
2. If you are leaving a link which is pointing to any other pages than your home page, please make an effort to make the comment topic relevant to what your page is about. This in turn will give you better link scoring from Google.
3. Google looks not only at incoming links to your site but also at ongoing links, therefore if you leave multiple comments on my blog, you can include a relevant link on one of your pages to the RELEVANT page on my blog or on my site. People who tell you that reciprocal links are less valuable, do not understand how Google ranks linking. The most important factor is that linking is RELEVANT AND PRECISE. If you provide other sites with quality references, such as links, you help your site's reputation.Last edited by Chief Tutor; 01-23-2010 at 01:29 PM.

You welcome.
I invite everyone to subscribe to our RSS feeds, so when I post a new article, simply leave a good comment and get a quality link to your site.
All of the postings on our blog are REAL ESTATE RELEVANT and that is being taken in consideration by Google. I happened to know that one keyword rich link from a topic-relevant article is worth at least 5 links from a non-related or general topic website. Relevance is more important than PR. (Page Rank).
To everyone who posted great comments - THANK YOU! You got your quality DO FOLLOW LINKS and they are there to STAY.
To those who tried to spam me with casino and viagra links - tough luck, your postings are removed.
Good luck everyone, go to my California Real Estate blog and get your super-duper free quality one-way links
Thanks againLast edited by Chief Tutor; 01-23-2010 at 01:29 PM.
