My name is Chico and I am starting a website that is geared toward the Apartment Managers and Students in my town. My website is due to go live August 1, 2006.

I'm currently compiling an e-book for apartment managers on tips and ideas on how to decrease vacancy rates and increase retention in a changing market such as a college town. Could you take a few moments to write down some of your best tips and ideas? This would greatly help me as well as them. Please only submit content that you own the intellectual property rights to (e.g., copyrights,
trademarks, patents, etc.).

I will be giving this e-book away for free. Thought I can't offer payment for your content, I can give you a free copy of the e-book once it is finished. It will be a win-win situation for us all, I will get content to help make this e-book and you will get an e-book full of new tips and ideas.
