Just to clarify, a one way backlink doesn't involve any exchange or reciprocation at all. It's your site linking to mine or my site linking to yours. If you're offering a one way link you'd be a very popular member of this forum lol.

Well, I am looking to "exchange" backlinks. I would like to offer to have backlink to you or someone's site (from the partner section of my blog-fairly powerful) in exchange for a backlink to my site from your site.
