I have friends who want to buy a property in California.

I've tried several times to convince them that this isn't the best time to put your money into the housing market. But they can't seem to understand. They keep saying it doesn't matter when you buy real estate it will always end up going up in the long run. Anyone with some advice or good news stories that's short and easy to understand? I've tried showing them the current home trend also but that hasn't worked either.

Help!

so what if they are really interested then why you not want them to invest.

just allow them for this but a little investment, after some time they will came to know.

If they don't want to listen to you even after everything you have told them, I think they have made up their mind. Nothing would persuade them to do otherwise. I think you just leave them alone and find it out themselves.
