Is it possible that nobody is interesting to invest in Italy?

My property is an ancient noble building, dated 1517, with frescoes, vaults, fountains, a Roman wall, etc... It's mq.1100 and it's located in the historic centre of one of the most beautiful Borgos in Italy, between Rome and Florence, near Assisi.

Wonderfull the view on the Umbrian Valley, and the terrace with garden.

Now it is a boutique hotel with a big private flat...

Please, help me to sell it!
