Default Is it a good idea to invest in Sacramento now?

Hi I was wondering, does anyone know if it's good to invest in the Sacramento Real Estate area right now? I would like to invest when Sacramento's Real Estate market hits rock bottom. Can someone be kind enough to let me know if it has? Or should I wait until 2009, 2010 to invest? Your response would be appreciate. Thank you in advance. Frank

I considered also Sacramento is good to invest Real Estate but I suggest to invest in Dubai or New Jersey and I'm sure that it works.
