    Default PropertyTalk just about launches

    Hey

I'm working late just putting the finishing touches to a new site for property investors at http://www.propertytalk.com and I'm so happy to see it ready for handover.

Take a sneak preview. It's going to be a great resource. The owners are very experienced at running this kind of enterprise and it'll be a goldmine of information.

    sarah,

I see that you are using the Mambo CMS system in the development of the website. Have you had to do a lot of mod rewrites to get it to work the way you want?

    Just curious

We're using their "out of the box" search engine friendly functions. There are several different ways you can do it but we're using the standard version. Mambo continues to surprise me in what I don't have to write.

    Sarah,

I lived in Asia for almost 10 years. Some in Japan and the rest in HK, but was travelling throughout the region for my job. Didn't get to your side of the planet however, although I always wanted to. My brother did the new zealand trail from north to south after college and loved it. Anyway, property talk looks great and I will be keeping an eye on the asia real estate info as I have a number of friends still in the region and we always talk about some day buying an island somewhere in the region.

    Take care.

    Hi Sarah,

You are pretty darn amazing! I poked around the site and it works flawlessly. I don't know enough about coding (and have never seen Mambo code) to comment on that side of it, sorry.

Seems you are always creating something new. Keep it up girl!
