Last December I decided with my wife to purchase a lot in Uoleva Island.
I contacted the Realtor, Robert Bryce and I regularly paid all the due to the account of the Title Company, Island 1 Escrow, of a Otto Hans Schmeiser.
After 7 months, today, I have received an email from my lawyer stating the contract is null and void because the landlord, Sione Laumanu Tuitupou, 2 years ago, asked for a mortgage on the lot to a bank, therefore the bank is the rightful owner. I LOST MY MONEY
The funny thing is that every month I have been paying the monthly lease to the "landlord". Usually people go to jail for these crimes.Last edited by robely; 08-07-2008 at 10:36 AM.
